What is a Dogsyaner?
Dogsyaner are everyone who is part of DOGSY – dog owners, walkers, sitters, dog taxi drivers, neighbours with dog experience. There are no two classes: whoever signs up is a Dogsyaner. Some offer services, others look for help, many do both.The Dogsyaner search is how you find them. You say what help you need and where – DOGSY shows you the profiles whose service area covers your address. Who you message is entirely up to you.

One example
Imagine you have a dog and two very different situations:
You already know today that your dog needs care from the 12th to the 19th. → Post a request. You enter the dates, Dogsyaner who offer that service are notified, and you collect replies without rushing.
Your meeting is running late and the dog still needs to go out. → Use the Dogsyaner search. Service «dog walking», your location – and you message the right people yourself.
And if you like: do both. A request doesn't rule out searching – both are free.
What the Dogsyaner search can do
Search by service
Dog walking, care & sitting, dog taxi, emergency home and more – pick one or several services. You only see people who really offer them.
Location and country
Enter your town or address. You'll see everyone whose service area covers your address – not only people who happen to live in the same town. You choose the country yourself.
Fine filters
Paid or voluntary, dog size, spoken languages, non-smoking household, garden, dog experience and more attributes. Every filter shortens the list – only pick what you really need.
Choose the order
Sort results by distance, by rating or by who joined most recently. Results load page by page – tap «load more» whenever you want to see more.
Judge trust
Profiles show a confirmed email address and phone number, the badge «Verified – ID checked by the DOGSY team» and the paw ratings from other Dogsyaner.
Message directly
From every result one tap opens the private messenger. Everything else – times, meeting point and, if paid, the fee – you agree on directly between you.

Register for free
One account covers everything: search, requests and messages. The Dogsyaner search is reserved for signed-in members – that way private people's profiles aren't out in the open.
Pick a service
Open «Search» and then «Dogsyaner». Choose what help you need – several services at once are fine.
Enter a location
Town, address or your current position – plus the country. DOGSY shows you every Dogsyaner whose service area reaches that far.
Look at results & write
Every result is one row: name, postcode and town, usually the distance to you, the paws collected, the services offered, the languages spoken and one line about the person. Tapping the row opens the profile – and from there you write a message straight away. You get to know each other in the chat before you meet.

What is it good for?
Three everyday situations where the Dogsyaner search helps:
Just moved in – and you know nobody
You've moved and have no idea where people go with their dogs around here? Search your new address for the service «Gemeinsame Spaziergänge» (walks together) and filter by a language you speak. Every row carries one line the person wrote about themselves – often that is enough to know who to message.
When it has to work out today
Your appointment drags on and the dog still needs to go out. Pick «Gassi-Service» (dog walking) and your location, sort the results by distance – and message whoever fits, straight away. Whether someone really has time is settled in the chat: the search shows profiles, not a calendar.
It doesn't have to cost anything
Every Dogsyaner decides for themselves whether they offer a service for payment or as a volunteer. Set the filter to «volunteer» and only the people who help without payment stay in the list. Whatever you agree on stays between you – DOGSY takes no commission.

In smaller places the result list can be short at first – DOGSY is still growing. That's where the second route helps: post a request so matching Dogsyaner learn what you need. And let us notify you as soon as new Dogsyaner join in your area. Both are free.To be honest about it: the search shows you profiles, not a calendar. Whether someone is actually free on your date is something you settle in a message.
What you see – and what stays private
Only the approximate area is shown, never the exact home address: DOGSY blurs locations before they reach your screen, and there is no map with other people's pins. You share your own address only once you've agreed with someone. Your messages are private and are never analysed for advertising.

What does the search cost?
Nothing. DOGSY is free and takes no commission. Whether a service is offered paid or voluntarily is up to each Dogsyaner – you settle up directly between you.
Do I have to be signed in to see Dogsyaner?
Yes. The Dogsyaner search is reserved for signed-in members, because behind it are profiles of private individuals – those don't belong out in the open. Registering is free and takes a few minutes.
Can I see exactly where someone lives?
No. You see the approximate area and whether their service area covers your address. Exact addresses are something you exchange once you've agreed.
