Using DOGSY is and will remain completely free for all Dogsyaner – no fees and no commission on agreements between users. DOGSY is funded solely through unobtrusive advertising from selected partners (e.g. pet supplies, vets). What matters to us: we never read personal information for this and we don't sell user data. Ads are shown based on general criteria (e.g. country/language or «has a dog») – never based on your behaviour or your chats. Your chats are private: no other Dogsyaner can see them, and they are never used for advertising.
Donations to projects, dogs and organisations are forwarded 100%. If you like, you can also support DOGSY itself with a voluntary donation – it exclusively funds the operation and development of the platform.

What is a «Dogsyaner»?
A committed member of the community – dog walker, dog sitter or someone who steps in during emergencies.
What does DOGSY cost?
Nothing. All DOGSY features are free – and will stay free: no commissions, no paywalls. Whether a service is offered for free or for pay is entirely up to each Dogsyaner.
Does DOGSY take a commission on paid services?
No. On paid services, DOGSY keeps NO share and no commission. Payment and settlement are exclusively a matter between the users involved – DOGSY is not part of it and only provides the connection. DOGSY is funded through advertising alone.
Can I hide parts of the app?
Yes. DOGSYgram, Explore, Good deeds and Walks are modules: under Settings → Modules you can switch them on or off individually – anytime. Core areas such as search, messages and profile are always active.
Is there a minimum age?
Adults from 18. Teens can join from their country's minimum age – with parental consent. Registered dogs must be at least 12 weeks old.
Who is liable for damages?
DOGSY is purely a matchmaking platform and accepts no liability. Private liability or pet-owner liability insurance is recommended.
How does the rating system work?
After every service, you can rate each other with «paws» – creating transparency and trust.
