Summary
No breed list
The rule
The Tyrolean State Police Act has no breed list. It regulates conspicuous dogs in individual cases: if a dog has injured or endangered a person or an animal, the owner must present it to the official veterinarian on official order (§ 6a Abs. 4); for a dog assessed as conspicuous, the authority orders a leash and/or muzzle and can prescribe further measures such as dog training (§ 6a Abs. 3). Persons who are not reliable are prohibited from keeping or leading such a dog (§ 6a Abs. 5).
Open points
The dog provisions §§ 6a and 6b were read; the RIS title search found no Tyrolean breed ordinance.
