The rule
The Hessian Dog Ordinance presupposes the municipal dog tax: the regulatory authority informs the municipal office responsible for collecting the dog tax of the owners of dangerous dogs (§ 15 Abs. 6), and for the permit for a dangerous dog proof is required that the dog tax due has been paid (§ 3 Abs. 1 Nr. 8). The ordinance does not set the amount; see the city page.
