Summary
Owners of dangerous dogs (including the three listed breeds)
The rule
Anyone who keeps a dangerous dog must prove competence: a course with an approved expert (at least 10 hours of theory and 15 hours of practice), a written test at the ministry (MUKMAV) and a practical test with the temperament tester or expert veterinarian. The certificate only applies to the dog with which competence was proven. The page does not mention a competence requirement for all dogs.
