- Report the keeping of the dog to the public order office without delay; apply for a certificate of good conduct within 3 weeks; within 8 weeks prove competence, liability insurance (deductible of at most € 500 per insurance year) and a temperament test; in public always a leash, a muzzle from the 7th month of life.
